Gửi câu hỏi, phản hồi hoặc báo lỗi tới support@keliva.app. Khi báo lỗi, vui lòng cho biết mẫu thiết bị, phiên bản iOS hoặc Android và bước đang thực hiện. Không gửi mật khẩu hoặc thông tin nhạy cảm qua email.
Xóa tài khoản và dữ liệu
Đọc hướng dẫn xóa tài khoản và dữ liệu để xóa trong ứng dụng hoặc gửi yêu cầu từ web mà không cần cài lại ứng dụng.
Quyền riêng tư
Luyện thử ở lại trên điện thoại. Ghi chấm gửi âm thanh, câu tiếng Anh cần đọc và đề bài (với phần Bài nói) qua máy chủ Keliva để Keliva chấm phát âm cho bạn bằng dịch vụ nhận diện giọng nói của Microsoft (máy chủ ở Singapore); họ tên, email và mã học viên không gửi cho Microsoft. Âm thanh trên Keliva được xoá ngay sau khi chấm, kể cả khi chấm lỗi. Nếu chấm lỗi, bạn ghi lại để thử lại. Keliva dành cho người từ 16 tuổi trở lên.
Câu góp ý chỉ để Keliva cải tiến app, không dùng để quảng cáo. Link mời có chữ ký, hết hạn sau 30 ngày; không trả tiền hay hoa hồng cho việc mời bạn.

Keliva Support
For support, feedback, or bug reports, email support@keliva.app. Include your device model, iOS or Android version, and the step where the issue occurred. Do not send passwords or sensitive information by email.
See the account and data deletion instructions to delete in the app or submit a request from the web without reinstalling the app.
Scored audio, the expected English text and speaking-task prompts are sent through Keliva's server so Keliva can score your pronunciation using Microsoft's speech recognition service (servers in Singapore). Your name, email and learner ID are not sent to Microsoft. See the Keliva Privacy Policy for details about personal data and voice recordings. Keliva is for people aged 16 and over.
