Chính sách quyền riêng tư Keliva
Keliva do Keliva vận hành. Chính sách này giải thích dữ liệu Keliva thu thập khi bạn dùng ứng dụng luyện phát âm Keliva.
Dữ liệu Keliva thu thập
- Tên nếu bạn tự chọn nhập. Email chỉ được gắn với hồ sơ sau khi bạn xác minh email; email được dùng để lưu/khôi phục kết quả và gửi thông báo giao dịch cần thiết.
- Lựa chọn đồng ý hoặc từ chối nhận nội dung marketing, gồm phiên bản thông báo và thời điểm ghi nhận. Marketing chỉ được gửi khi có consent và bạn có thể rút consent.
- Bản ghi âm bạn chủ động gửi chấm, bản chép lời và điểm do dịch vụ chấm phát âm trả về.
- Điểm phát âm, lỗi phát hiện, bài được đề xuất và lịch sử luyện tập.
- Câu trả lời bạn tự nhập khi được hỏi cách cải tiến app (nếu bạn chọn gửi), kèm bài sắp mở, phiên bản app, hệ điều hành, thời điểm; bạn có thể bỏ qua.
- Quan hệ mời bạn: khi bạn chia sẻ link mời và có bạn đăng ký qua link đó, Keliva lưu liên kết giữa hai tài khoản đã xác minh email; việc chia sẻ không mở thêm bài hoặc ngày sử dụng. Người được mời không biết email hay tên người mời qua Keliva, và ngược lại.
- Nếu bạn chọn đăng nhập bằng Apple, Google hoặc Zalo: mã định danh tài khoản mà nhà cung cấp cấp cho Keliva, và email do nhà cung cấp trả về nếu có (Zalo không trả email cho Keliva). Riêng Zalo, Keliva còn nhận tên hiển thị trên Zalo. Keliva không nhận mật khẩu của bạn ở các nhà cung cấp này.
- Mã giao dịch, sản phẩm và trạng thái vòng đời do App Store hoặc Google Play cung cấp được liên kết với hồ sơ của bạn để xác minh, cấp và duy trì quyền truy cập gói App.
- Hình ảnh và âm thanh trực tiếp trong buổi video/gọi khi bạn chủ động tham gia và cấp quyền camera hoặc micro.
Keliva không thu thập danh bạ, vị trí chính xác hoặc mã quảng cáo.
Báo cáo sự cố (Firebase Crashlytics)
Báo cáo sự cố chỉ được bật khi cấu hình bản phát hành cho phép. Khi bật, Keliva gửi báo cáo kỹ thuật tới Firebase Crashlytics do Google LLC cung cấp. Báo cáo gồm dấu vết lỗi kỹ thuật (stack trace), phiên bản ứng dụng, dòng máy, phiên bản hệ điều hành, thời điểm sự cố và mã cài đặt ngẫu nhiên (Crashlytics Installation ID / Firebase Installation ID). Mã này được khai báo là Device ID trong App Privacy; báo cáo không gắn mã học viên hoặc danh tính tài khoản. Báo cáo không gửi họ tên, email, bản ghi âm, bản chép lời hoặc nội dung bài học hay bài nói. Dữ liệu chỉ được dùng để tìm và sửa lỗi ứng dụng, không dùng cho quảng cáo hoặc theo dõi bạn qua ứng dụng hay website khác. Google lưu dữ liệu sự cố 90 ngày theo tài liệu Firebase.
Câu góp ý chỉ để Keliva cải tiến app, không dùng để quảng cáo, không chia sẻ cho bên thứ ba. Link mời có chữ ký, không chứa mã tài khoản và hết hạn sau 30 ngày. Chia sẻ trong app là tuỳ chọn, không mở thêm bài hoặc ngày sử dụng. Affiliate là chương trình riêng, áp dụng điều khoản đã duyệt.
Video và gọi trực tiếp (LiveKit)
Khi bạn tham gia cuộc gọi video với coach hoặc buổi gọi khác và cấp quyền tương ứng, camera và micro truyền hình ảnh, âm thanh trực tiếp qua LiveKit tới coach hoặc những người tham gia buổi đó; nhà cung cấp hạ tầng LiveKit và người tham gia có thể nhận các luồng trực tiếp này, luồng video được gắn với danh tính tài khoản của bạn trong phòng. Coach có thể chia sẻ màn hình và âm thanh đi kèm. Keliva không ghi hình cuộc gọi hoặc ghi âm cuộc gọi: mã hiện tại từ chối yêu cầu bật ghi hình hoặc ghi âm. Keliva lưu metadata phòng và thời lượng để vận hành dịch vụ và tính phút coaching. Route QA giữ ánh xạ phòng trong bộ nhớ backend, không ghi ánh xạ đó vào database; thời hạn lưu metadata ở phía LiveKit chưa được xác định ở đây. Quyền BLUETOOTH_CONNECT và MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS chỉ phục vụ kết nối tai nghe Bluetooth và điều chỉnh tuyến âm thanh.
App Store hoặc Google Play xử lý thông tin thanh toán đầy đủ cho gói App. Keliva không nhận số thẻ hoặc thông tin tài khoản thanh toán của bạn.
Đăng nhập bằng Apple, Google hoặc Zalo
Ngoài đăng nhập bằng email, Keliva cho phép bạn đăng nhập bằng tài khoản Apple, Google hoặc Zalo. Việc này là tùy chọn.
Khi bạn chọn, Keliva chỉ gọi nhà cung cấp để xác minh đăng nhập và chỉ đọc các thông tin sau: mã định danh tài khoản của bạn tại nhà cung cấp; email và trạng thái xác minh email nếu nhà cung cấp trả về; với Zalo, thêm tên hiển thị. Keliva không gửi bản ghi âm hay kết quả học của bạn cho các nhà cung cấp này.
Keliva lưu: tên nhà cung cấp, mã định danh tài khoản tại nhà cung cấp, email (nếu có) và trạng thái xác minh, thời điểm liên kết và lần đăng nhập gần nhất, gắn với hồ sơ học của bạn. Keliva không lưu token đăng nhập mà nhà cung cấp cấp.
Nếu nhà cung cấp xác nhận email của bạn và chưa hồ sơ Keliva nào dùng email đó, email này có thể trở thành email liên hệ đã xác minh của hồ sơ để lưu và khôi phục kết quả. Keliva không tự gộp hai hồ sơ khác nhau.
Với Zalo, mã định danh và tên hiển thị được giữ tạm trong bản ghi của phiên đăng nhập để hoàn tất đăng nhập, rồi tự xóa khi phiên hết hạn (tối đa vài phút). Tên Zalo không được sao vào hồ sơ Keliva.
Khi bạn xóa tài khoản, liên kết với nhà cung cấp bị xóa cùng hồ sơ. Việc xóa tài khoản Keliva không xóa tài khoản Apple, Google hoặc Zalo của bạn; mỗi nhà cung cấp xử lý dữ liệu đăng nhập theo chính sách riêng của họ.
Cách Keliva dùng và lưu bản ghi âm
Luyện thử: bản ghi chỉ nằm trên điện thoại, không gửi đi đâu và mất khi bạn đóng màn. Quyền micro không thay thế đồng ý gửi chấm.
Ghi chấm: sau khi bạn đồng ý, bản ghi đi qua máy chủ Keliva để Keliva chấm phát âm cho bạn bằng dịch vụ nhận diện giọng nói của Microsoft (máy chủ ở Singapore). Keliva xoá âm thanh ngay sau khi chấm xong, kể cả khi chấm lỗi. Nếu chấm lỗi, bạn ghi lại để thử lại. Điểm và bản chép lời trả về được lưu trong kết quả cho tới khi bạn xoá tài khoản.
Yêu cầu coach chỉ gửi hồ sơ đã xác minh, điểm luyện và ghi chú bạn nhập; không gửi bản ghi âm. Bạn có thể rút đồng ý chấm điểm trong Tài khoản và vẫn luyện thử, nghe mẫu, đọc bài.
Coaching
Khi học coaching, bạn tự chọn và có thể đổi coach. Chỉ coach đang phụ trách bạn mới liên hệ, xem được tiến độ, điểm số, và nghe bản ghi âm luyện tập của bạn. Bản ghi âm được lưu 30 ngày rồi tự xoá. Nếu chỉ luyện tập trên app, bản ghi âm sẽ xoá ngay sau khi chấm điểm.
Dịch vụ nhận diện giọng nói của Microsoft
Keliva gửi âm thanh, câu tiếng Anh cần đọc và đề bài (với phần Bài nói) tới dịch vụ nhận diện giọng nói của Microsoft để chấm phát âm. Họ tên, email và mã học viên không gửi cho Microsoft. Dữ liệu được xử lý tại Singapore. Theo tài liệu của Microsoft, dịch vụ chấm phát âm không giữ dữ liệu sau khi xử lý.
Học viên tại Việt Nam và chuyển dữ liệu ra nước ngoài
Keliva vận hành. Khi bạn dùng Keliva từ Việt Nam và bấm chấm điểm, âm thanh của bạn được chuyển ra nước ngoài (Singapore) chỉ để chấm phát âm và được xoá khỏi máy chủ Keliva ngay sau khi chấm xong. Bạn có thể rút đồng ý bất cứ lúc nào trong Tài khoản. Muốn thực hiện quyền của chủ thể dữ liệu (truy cập, sửa, xoá, rút đồng ý), nhắn support@keliva.app.
Chia sẻ và bảo mật
Thư viện video phát âm mở video trên YouTube trong trình duyệt bên trong ứng dụng. YouTube là dịch vụ của Google; khi bạn xem video, Google có thể đặt cookie riêng và xử lý dữ liệu theo chính sách quyền riêng tư của Google. Keliva không gửi tên, email hay bản ghi âm của bạn cho YouTube.
Keliva không bán dữ liệu cá nhân. Dữ liệu chỉ được chia sẻ với nhà cung cấp cần thiết để vận hành dịch vụ, gồm hạ tầng hosting/kho lưu trữ, Microsoft Azure Speech để chấm phát âm, LiveKit để truyền âm thanh và hình ảnh trực tiếp trong buổi gọi, Firebase Crashlytics của Google LLC để tìm và sửa lỗi ứng dụng, nhà cung cấp gửi email giao dịch, CDP/CRM để thực thi giao tiếp đã được phép, Apple/Google cho gói App và Stripe cho Coaching khi các kênh thanh toán tương ứng được bật; hoặc khi pháp luật yêu cầu. Dữ liệu được truyền qua HTTPS; bản ghi trong kho của Keliva không được công khai.
GHL hoặc tag trong công cụ giao tiếp không phải nguồn sự thật về thanh toán hay quyền truy cập. Quyền học do hệ thống quyền của Keliva quản lý, gồm quyền chương trình đã xác minh và quyền được người vận hành cấp có chứng cứ.
Xóa dữ liệu
Bạn có thể vào menu tài khoản trong ứng dụng và chọn “Xóa tài khoản”. Keliva ghi nhận yêu cầu bền vững, vô hiệu hóa các phiên đăng nhập ngay, rồi tự động thử lại cho đến khi đã xóa hồ sơ, email, bản ghi đồng ý chấm điểm, yêu cầu và xác nhận coach, consent giao tiếp, bản ghi trong kho Keliva, kết quả đánh giá, lịch sử luyện tập, dữ liệu phiếu đầu vào Coaching và quyền truy cập. Bản ghi gửi chấm không được dịch vụ chấm phát âm của Microsoft lưu lại theo công bố của họ, nên không có bản sao cần yêu cầu xoá riêng ở đó.
Xóa tài khoản không tự hủy gói đang gia hạn trong App Store hoặc Google Play. Bạn cần hủy riêng trong phần quản lý đăng ký của store.
Sau khi xóa hồ sơ, một số bản ghi tối thiểu về giao dịch và vòng đời có thể được giữ để xử lý hoàn tiền, kế toán, nghĩa vụ pháp lý và phòng chống gian lận. Các bản ghi được tách khỏi định danh học viên khi hệ thống cho phép.
Trẻ em
Keliva được thiết kế cho người từ 16 tuổi trở lên. Người dưới 16 tuổi chỉ được sử dụng khi có sự đồng ý và giám sát của cha mẹ hoặc người giám hộ.

Keliva Privacy Policy
Keliva is operated by Keliva. A name is optional. An email is linked only after email verification and is used to save or recover results and send necessary transactional notices. Marketing is sent only with recorded consent, which you may withdraw. We also collect recordings you choose to make, pronunciation results, recommended lessons and practice history.
If you choose to sign in with Apple, Google or Zalo, we receive the account identifier the provider issues to Keliva, and the email the provider returns, if any (Zalo does not return an email to Keliva). For Zalo only, we also receive your Zalo display name. Keliva does not receive your password at these providers.
Apple App Store or Google Play processes full payment details for App subscriptions. Keliva receives only the provider transaction identifier, product and subscription status for App subscriptions. Keliva associates the provider transaction identifier, product and subscription status with your account to verify, grant and maintain App subscription access.
Video and live calls (LiveKit video calls)
When you actively join a video or call session and grant the relevant permissions, camera video is transmitted live through LiveKit and microphone audio is transmitted live through LiveKit to the coach or other people in that session; the LiveKit infrastructure provider and session participants may receive those live streams, and video streams are associated with your account identity in the room. Coaches may share their screen, including its audio. Keliva does not record calls: the current code rejects requests to enable recording. Keliva retains room metadata and duration to operate the service and calculate coaching minutes. The current QA route keeps its room mapping in backend memory and does not write that mapping to the database; retention of metadata held by LiveKit has not been established here. The BLUETOOTH_CONNECT and MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS permissions are only for using Bluetooth headsets and adjusting audio routing.
Rehearsal recordings remain only on your phone and disappear when you close the screen. After consent, scored recordings are sent through Keliva's server so Keliva can score your pronunciation using Microsoft's speech recognition service (servers in Singapore). Keliva deletes audio immediately after scoring, including when scoring fails. If scoring fails, record again to retry. Returned transcripts and scores remain in your results until account deletion. Recording consent scope, version, acceptance and withdrawal times are stored. You can withdraw scoring consent in Account.
Microsoft's speech recognition service receives the audio, the expected English text and, for speaking tasks, the task prompt. Your name, email and learner ID are not sent to Microsoft. The data is processed in Singapore. According to Microsoft's published documentation, the pronunciation assessment service does not retain data after processing.
Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics)
Crash reporting is enabled only when the release configuration permits it. When enabled, Keliva sends a technical report to Firebase Crashlytics, provided by Google LLC. The report includes a technical error trace (stack trace), app version, device model, operating system version, crash time, and a random installation identifier (Crashlytics Installation ID / Firebase Installation ID). This identifier is declared as Device ID in App Privacy; reports are not tagged with a learner ID or account identity. Reports do not include your name, email, recordings, transcripts, or lesson or speaking content. The data is used only to find and fix app errors, not for advertising or tracking you across other apps or websites. Google retains crash data for 90 days according to Firebase documentation.
Sign in with Apple, Google or Zalo
In addition to email sign-in, Keliva lets you sign in with an Apple, Google or Zalo account. This is optional.
When you choose it, Keliva contacts the provider only to verify the sign-in and reads only the following: your account identifier at the provider; your email and its verification status if the provider returns them; and, for Zalo, your display name. Keliva does not send your recordings or learning results to these providers.
Keliva stores: the provider name, your account identifier at that provider, the email (if any) and its verification status, and the time of linking and last sign-in, tied to your learner profile. Keliva does not store the sign-in token issued by the provider.
If the provider confirms your email and no other Keliva profile uses that email, it may become your profile's verified contact email, used to save and recover results. Keliva does not automatically merge two different profiles.
For Zalo, the identifier and display name are held temporarily in the sign-in session record to complete the sign-in and are deleted automatically when the session expires (within minutes). The Zalo name is not copied into your Keliva profile.
When you delete your account, the provider link is deleted with your profile. Deleting your Keliva account does not delete your Apple, Google or Zalo account; each provider handles sign-in data under its own policy.
Vietnam-based learners and overseas data transfer
Keliva operates the service. When you use Keliva from Vietnam and tap score, your audio is transferred overseas (Singapore) only for pronunciation assessment and is deleted from Keliva's servers immediately after scoring. You can withdraw consent at any time in Account. To exercise data-subject rights (access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent), email support@keliva.app.
Feedback answers are used only to improve the Keliva app, not for advertising and not shared with third parties. Signed invite links expire after 30 days. No payment or commission is made for inviting friends. Inviting friends is optional.
Coaching
When you take coaching, you choose your coach and can change coach at any time. Only the coach currently responsible for you can contact you, see your progress and scores, and listen to your practice recordings. These recordings are kept for 30 days and then deleted automatically. If you only practise in the app, your recording is deleted right after scoring.
The pronunciation video library opens videos on YouTube in an in-app browser. YouTube is a Google service; when you watch a video, Google may set its own cookies and process data under Google's privacy policy. Keliva does not send your name, email or recordings to YouTube.
We do not sell personal data. Necessary processors may include hosting and private object storage, Microsoft Azure Speech, LiveKit for real-time audio and video delivery during calls, Firebase Crashlytics from Google LLC for finding and fixing app errors, transactional email delivery, a CDP/CRM for permitted communications, Apple/Google for App subscriptions, and Stripe for Coaching when those payment channels are enabled. GHL tags are not payment or entitlement authority. Data is sent over HTTPS and Keliva recordings are stored privately.
You can request deletion from the account menu. Keliva durably records the request, disables account sessions immediately, and retries automatically until it has removed the profile, verified email, recording and communication consents, coach requests and confirmations, Keliva-held recordings, assessment and practice history, Coaching intake data, and access records. The pronunciation service does not retain the scored recording according to Microsoft's published statement, so there is no separate copy there to request deletion of.
Deleting your Keliva account does not cancel an auto-renewing App Store or Google Play subscription. You must cancel it separately in the store.
Minimal provider transaction and lifecycle records may remain where needed for refunds, accounting, legal obligations, and fraud prevention; where designed, those records are detached from the learner identity.
Keliva is intended for people aged 16 and over. A person under 16 may use it only with parental or guardian consent and supervision.
