Xóa ngay trong ứng dụng
- Mở Keliva và chạm biểu tượng Tài khoản.
- Chọn Xóa tài khoản.
- Xác nhận Xóa vĩnh viễn.
Gửi yêu cầu từ web
Bạn không cần cài lại ứng dụng. Gửi email từ địa chỉ đã dùng để đăng ký tới support@keliva.app với tiêu đề “Yêu cầu xóa tài khoản Keliva”. Keliva có thể hỏi thêm thông tin tối thiểu để xác minh đúng tài khoản trước khi xóa.
Dữ liệu bị xóa
Keliva ghi nhận yêu cầu bền vững và vô hiệu hóa các phiên đăng nhập ngay. Hệ thống tự động thử lại cho đến khi đã xóa hồ sơ học viên, email và consent giao tiếp, kết quả đánh giá, lịch sử luyện tập, dữ liệu phiếu đầu vào Coaching, quyền truy cập và các bản ghi âm còn lưu trong hệ thống Keliva. Bản ghi đồng ý chấm điểm, yêu cầu và xác nhận coach cũng bị xoá. Keliva tự động thông báo CDP. Bản ghi gửi chấm không được dịch vụ chấm phát âm của Microsoft lưu lại theo công bố của họ, nên không có bản sao cần yêu cầu xoá riêng ở đó.
Keliva dành cho người từ 16 tuổi trở lên. Muốn thực hiện quyền của chủ thể dữ liệu (truy cập, sửa, xoá, rút đồng ý), nhắn support@keliva.app.
Gói App Store hoặc Google Play
Xóa tài khoản Keliva không tự hủy gói đang gia hạn. Nếu bạn không muốn gói tiếp tục gia hạn, hãy quản lý hoặc hủy riêng trong App Store hoặc Google Play.
Một số bản ghi tối thiểu về giao dịch và vòng đời gói có thể được giữ để xử lý hoàn tiền, kế toán và phòng chống gian lận. Khi được thiết kế như vậy, các bản ghi này được tách khỏi định danh học viên.

Delete your Keliva account
You can delete your account in the app from Account > Delete account > Delete permanently.
You do not need to reinstall the app. Email support@keliva.app from the address used to register. We may request the minimum information needed to verify the correct account.
Keliva durably records the request and disables account sessions immediately. Automatic retries then remove the learner profile, verified email and communication consents, assessment results, practice history, Coaching intake, access records, and recordings still held by Keliva. Recording consents, coach requests and confirmations are also deleted. Keliva automatically notifies the CDP. The pronunciation service does not retain the scored recording according to Microsoft's published statement, so there is no separate copy there to request deletion of.
Keliva is for people aged 16 and over. To exercise data-subject rights (access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent), email support@keliva.app.
App Store or Google Play subscriptions
Deleting your Keliva account does not cancel an auto-renewing subscription. Manage or cancel it separately in the App Store or Google Play.
Minimal provider transaction and subscription-lifecycle records may remain where needed for refunds, accounting and fraud prevention; where designed, those records are detached from the learner identity.
